Change My Display Name

Your display name can be changed at any time using the Preferences area.

Residents: You can change your display name to a generic name, such as "Concerned Neighbor," if you wish not to use your real name.

Organizational Members: As an organizational member, your Display Name will be public to all resident users. This means that your Display Name should reflect your role in your organization.

Important Note

After a change to your Display Name has been made, you will see this reflected on all previous and future Requests and Comments you create. At this time, it's not possible to change your display name using the SeeClickFix 311 CRM mobile app.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM

  2. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select PreferencesCRM dashboard showing user profile options and preferences menu for customization.

  3. Edit the Display NameSettings interface for SeeClickFix with the Display Name field highlighted.

  4. After you make changes, scroll down and click Save ChangesButton to save changes in a user interface, highlighted for emphasis.
