The account preferences area is where all edits to your user account can be made.

Important Note

The API Keys and Applications areas are for advanced users.

Opening your Account's Preferences

When viewing your area's Place Page, you can click on the Person icon in the top right-hand corner. Then, click Preferences.The Profile menu with the Preferences option highlighted.

When viewing the SeeClickFix 311 CRM website, you can click My Account and then Preferences.My account menu with the Preferences option highlighted.


General Preferences

Within the general preferences area, you can change the following attributes:


Email Addresses

Within Email Addresses, your email can be changed, and email notifications can be managed.


API Keys

An API key is required to write to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM API. We use this to track API usage. For more information, please refer to the API documentation.


Applications

These are the applications that have access to your SeeClickFix account.
