Close an Issue

You have the ability to close an Issue on SeeClickFix 311 CRM, and this is an action that signifies that the issue is resolved. This guide shows how to close a report on any device.

Anyone can close an issue as long as...

  • The issue is not in the “Acknowledged” state.

  • You enter a comment explaining why you are closing the issue. On Android, a comment is made automatically for you.

Closing an Issue on the Web Platform

  1. Log in to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM website

  2. Navigate to an Issue page to view the issue you wish to close

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Issue page and then enter a comment about why you are closing the issue

  4. Select Close this Issue and then click Comment

  1. Log in to your account. To do so, tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner and click Login.

  2. Navigate to the issue you wish to close

  3. Select the "Close" status within the Change Status drop-down

  4. The issue will be closed, and an automatic comment will be added.

  1. Log in to your account. To do so, tap on the Profile tab and then tap Login.

  2. Navigate to the issue you wish to close.

  3. Tap on Change Status and select Close.

  4. Enter a comment explaining why you are closing the issue in the field and then tap on the send icon to send the comment and close the issue.
