The SeeClickFix 311 CRM Connector for ArcGIS offers a one-way integration of your SeeClickFix 311 CRM data into ArcGIS Online. Automatically sync your SeeClickFix 311 CRM request data with ArcGIS to:

Most simply, the ArcGIS Connector is an integration that syncs a copy of all SeeClickFix 311 CRM Requests to ArcGIS Online. This is done through a feature service that provides layers that the organization can dynamically pull into its ArcGIS Online system. The data in the feature service will be provided in real-time.
The primary use cases for the Connector for ArcGIS include:
Utilizing the SeeClickFix 311 CRM data to analyze their data within their ArcGIS Online Dashboard. A SeeClickFix 311 CRM customer organization can view the data on their maps and create reports from it.
Creating a public data set available through their Esri Data Portal for transparency. If this is the case, then SeeClickFix 311 CRM will work with the customer organization to set up a feature service that is specifically for public sharing (removes private data).
Important Note
The implementation and support for Connector for ArcGIS v1 have been discontinued. If you are using the Connector for ArcGIS v1 at this time, then nothing will be impacted. However, we do recommend setting up a meeting with the SeeClickFix 311 CRM team to discuss the advantages of moving to v2. The information in this article is regarding the Connector for ArcGIS v2.
Implementation Process
If your organization has already purchased the integration and wants to get started with configuration, contact your Implementation Consultant or submit a request to Support.
You will need to provide your ArcGIS Online Username. The SeeClickFix 311 CRM team will then create a group for your organization on the SeeClickFix 311 CRM ArcGIS Online organization and invite you to that group, which will enable them to see the layer with the request data.
If your organization has not yet purchased the integration, contact your Customer Success Manager or submit a request to Support.

Can this be used with Enterprise ArcGIS servers versus the cloud?
This is for ArcGIS Online only.
Any rate limits to use this?
This is a standard ArcGIS online-hosted feature service.
What does the organization need to do to implement this integration? Will it assume any credits from our Esri account?
To implement the integration, the customer will need to provide their ArcGIS Online Username. SeeClickFix 311 CRM will then create a group for the organization on the SeeClickFix ArcGIS Online organization and invite them to that group, which will enable them to see the layer(s) with the request data. The integration won't assume any of the organization's Esri credits. The feature service is hosted by Esri ArcGIS Online.

Is the data allowed to be shared with the public?
Yes, the feature service can be set to provide a public layer containing public request attributes, that excludes private requests and requester information. A separate feature service can be set up to include private information. SeeClickFix 311 CRM can provide a layer for public sharing and a layer with private requests for internal use.
In what ways will you continue to improve this integration?
We are continually working with customers to learn their needs in how they want to use the data within ArcGIS Online and to improve the Connector. For specific needs or use cases, please add a feature request.
Will we have the ability to create hosted feature layer views from this feature service?
SeeClickFix 311 CRM creates the view for the customer organization, from the original source layer. However, there are additional options we can pursue if this is set up as a data collaboration. The implementation can vary.
Will we have the ability to edit the data in this feature service?
No, this is a read-only feature service. It is not meant for managing requests in ArcGIS. SeeClickFix 311 CRM offers a different integration with ArcGIS Workforce that includes bi-directional updates.
Do the public and private feature services have the same list of available fields?
No, we create a public feature service that removes fields that have the potential for personal identifying information and hides any categories marked as private.
