SeeClickFix 311 CRM mobile apps and web portals utilize geolocation features on photos if enabled. For the iPhone, this feature requires multiple location service settings to be enabled.
Important Note
First, the Camera has to have location data, and the Maps app must have the location access set to While Using App or Widgets.
Camera Settings
For locations to be saved on photos, location services have to be enabled for the Photos and Camera apps.
Map Settings
In addition, the Maps app has to have the location access set to "While Using the App or Widgets". This enables the Camera app to utilize the Map app for location data when taking a photo.
