SeeClickFix 311 CRM’s web portal uses your browser's local storage to perform certain tasks. If you are seeing an error message in one of our web portals, use the following information to troubleshoot.

Portal: Local Storage Unavailable

SeeClickFix 311 CRM's web portal uses your browser's local storage to perform certain tasks. If you are seeing an error message in one of our web portals, that means you won't be able to:

  • Register a new SeeClickFix 311 CRM account

  • Sign in to an existing SeeClickFix 311 CRM account

  • Report a new request

  • Comment on an existing request  

It is possible that third-party cookies have been blocked in your browser and/or local storage has been disabled. Please enable these features to be able to use SeeClickFix 311 CRM's web portal and other features of our platform.  The following are example privacy/data pages for popular browsers. You may use your address bar to find them, or you may navigate there via your browser's settings menu:

  • Firefox: about:preferences#privacy

  • Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies

  • Edge: edge://settings/content/cookies

SeeClickFix 311 CRM supports the current major version and one previous major version for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We highly recommend utilizing one of these supported browsers. Beginning April 15, 2021, SeeClickFix 311 CRM platforms no longer support Internet Explorer 11.
