How to Tell if You Use CivicPlus Platform Single Sign-On

This article provides information on how to tell which login your organization currently uses.

When you reach the new login screen and select "Sign In" if your login screen displays similar to the following image after entering your email, you are on the CivicPlus CivicPlus Platform, where you can enjoy the new experience:

If you enter your email and the screen displays as follows, you will need to have your organization's Owner migrate your user account, but you will still be able to access your SeeClickFix 311 CRM content:

The SeeClickFix sign-in screen without the use of Single Sign-On.

Note:

If your organization uses a Custom Identity Provider for sign-ins, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to your SeeClickFix 311 CRM site.

Another way to tell that you're logged in under the new login experience is within your General profile preferences. If it says, "Manage password on CivicPlus Platform" then you are using the new login:
