AI Category Suggestions Now Available with Eligible Packages
AI-assisted category suggestions are now available to organizations with the appropriate package enabled. Customers with Request packages and above will continue to have uninterrupted access to this feature. Organizations without the required package will no longer see the AI-assisted category suggestion option. This update helps ensure AI features are aligned with available package options and upgrade paths.
Fix for Failed Invitations Due to Missing Display Names
Resolved an issue where users added through the Additional Notifications field could be created without a display name, causing membership invitations to fail. Users are now required to have a display name. If an existing user lacks one, the system will assign a placeholder name, “SCF Organization User,” to ensure the invitation succeeds. The user can update this name at any time in User Preferences.
