Android app, version 7.8.0 and iOS app, version 6.3.1
This release introduces several enhancements to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM mobile apps, making it easier for residents to submit accurate requests and stay up to date with the latest features.
AI-powered category suggestions: When uploading a photo, the app suggests the most relevant request categories using image analysis, helping users submit more accurate requests. Suggestions are only shown when enabled by the organization.
Improved search experience: Search results are more consistent and accurate, with support for keyword and partial title matches, along with AI-enhanced results where enabled.
Enhanced request submission flow: The request experience has been streamlined to guide users through a more intuitive process, beginning with photo upload, followed by location and category selection, aligning across platforms.
Android: This release introduces this updated flow for a more consistent cross-platform experience.
In-app update prompts (iOS): Users on older major versions will receive prompts to update, ensuring access to the latest features and improvements.
Note:
These enhancements apply to Marketplace apps only, as they rely on organizational context and configuration. Container apps will remain on their current version and will be updated in a future release when applicable.
