Android App, version 7.7.0
Expanded category search in the request form: Expanded category search is beginning an early adopter rollout on Android. The feature is currently available to select customer organizations and will become available more broadly as additional organizations choose to enable the setting. This allows residents and staff to find request categories using broader, more natural search terms.
Direct CivicPlus Authentication support: Added support for direct CivicPlus Authentication flows in the Android app. This capability is currently controlled by a feature flag and will only affect organizations as the feature is enabled for them, supporting a more consistent sign-in and registration experience across CivicPlus products over time.
Updated Help Center links for moderated content: Updated the “Learn More” link shown during moderation flows to use an API-driven Help Center URL, ensuring residents are directed to current and accurate moderation guidance.
