In the initial release, these updates are published for the SeeClickFix 311 CRM (core) app only, for quality control.
In a followup release, these updates are published for organization apps. This typically occurs on a quarterly cadence, and rolls up multiple incremental updates.
If your organization is not in compliance with the latest Mobile App Store Policies, we will be blocked from publishing updates.
This release introduces landscape orientation support across the SeeClickFix 311 mobile application, improving accessibility and providing a more flexible viewing experience for residents using tablets or preferred device orientations.
Landscape display is now supported across all major navigation areas, including the Home, Notices, New Request, Requests, and Profile tabs. Layouts have also been optimized for horizontal viewing, including adjustments that prioritize access to text and action buttons.
