Incremental Release Process
In the initial release, these updates are published for the SeeClickFix 311 CRM (core) App only, for quality control.
In a followup release, these updates are published for organization apps. This typically occurs on a quarterly cadence, and rolls up multiple incremental updates.
If your organization is not in compliance with the latest Mobile App Store Policies, we will be blocked from publishing updates.
Android and iOS App Updates
Android App Version 7.10.1
Clearer privacy indicators on request forms: Description and secondary-question fields now display privacy messaging that reflects the selected request category. Residents can more clearly understand when their submitted information will not be displayed publicly.
Android App Version 7.11.1
Automatic translation based on device language: Residents using supported non-English device languages can see applicable home, Notices, request, and comment content translated using their device’s translation service. Translations may not be exact, and the original content remains unchanged.

Automatic Translation Availability and Rollout
Automatic translation is now available in the standard SeeClickFix 311 CRM mobile app (Container app) on iOS and Android. It is enabled automatically for organizations represented in the Container app; no organization setting changes are required.
Organizations with an eligible Marketplace mobile app can turn on automatic translation now through Organization Settings.
Starting September 30, 2026, CivicPlus will enable automatic translation for eligible organizations unless they have opted out. It will also be enabled by default for newly launched eligible Marketplace apps from that date forward.
To opt out of the scheduled enablement, contact CivicPlus Support before September 30. Organization Owners can turn automatic translation on or off at any time through Organization Settings.
For Marketplace apps running a supported version, changes to this setting take effect without requiring the app to be republished.
