The change has been released on the sandbox (INT) environment for all Cityworks integrated customers. The release date for the product is pending. It will be added as a comment to this article when confirmed. If your organization would like this released immediately on production, please submit a support ticket.

Cityworks AMS Integration: Updated User Contact Information
The SeeClickFix 311 CRM integration with Cityworks AMS (Asset Management System) has been updated to support caller contact information by default, without the need for custom fields (questions). This simplifies the configuration experience for customers, who previously would need to configure custom fields per request category.
In addition, this provides a more streamlined request submission experience for public users, who were previously prompted to enter these contact fields from scratch.

The new default field mapping is as follows:
