A handle can be used to tag another member in an internal comment. Handles are individual "tags" that allow members to tag other members within a Request. This allows for collaboration with other organizational members during the course of a Request's life cycle.
When you "tag" someone using their handle in an internal comment, the tagged user will be notified by email.
Important Notes
The character limit for a handle is 16.
Handles must be unique for each member (inactive or active) in the organization.
Changing Handles
An owner of an organization can edit and update their users’ handles in the membership settings.
