Notices Overview

Notices allow you to deliver location-based messages to eligible public and resident users through email and mobile push notifications or display them publicly on web surfaces. Organization members and staff are not included in Notice email or mobile push delivery because Points of Interest are only available to public and resident accounts. Staff may still view Notices displayed publicly on the web.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Select the Notices tab at the top of the page:

3. View notices:

   • Title: The internal title of the notice

   • Status: See if the notice is Published or in Draft status

   • Recipients: View the number of recipients of the notice

     Note:

     A draft will show estimated email recipients based on geography. Published notices will show the actual recipients it was emailed to. If the notice is only set to show on the web, nothing will display in the Recipients column. If the notice will also send emails, it will display the number of email recipients.

   • Scheduled Send Date: View the date the notice is scheduled to be sent
