Legacy Issue Pages to Redirect to Web Portal

Years ago, SeeClickFix 311 CRM released the web portal that customers could brand. The web portal also included a modernized interface, enhanced features, and improved accessibility. However, the legacy issue pages are still available within SeeClickFix.com. To improve resident experience and reduce confusion, the legacy issue page URLs will be redirected to the organization’s Web Portal.

We will release this feature to early adopter customers starting on Thursday, November 6, with a full rollout in the coming weeks. If your organization would like to be an early adopter, please contact support.

This enhancement has been released in the sandbox (int.seeclickfix.com) environment.

As an example, the legacy issue page URL (shown first) will be redirected to the web portal page (shown second):
