To ensure the ongoing security, reliability, and performance of the SeeClickFix 311 CRM platform, regular system maintenance is essential. This article outlines the schedule and expectations for our recurring maintenance windows for the production environment of SeeClickFix 311 CRM.
Scheduled maintenance and service outages are communicated through the CivicPlus Status Page.
Scheduled Maintenance Window
When: Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) to Sundays at 8:00 a.m. ET.
Frequency: Scheduled maintenance is performed during this window as needed.
Duration: For maintenance during this window, with expected 10 minutes or less of downtime, no additional notifications will be made. For maintenance that has potential for service disruptions of greater than 10 minutes or is outside of the scheduled maintenance window, communications to customers will be posted on the Status Page at least 3 days in advance.
For the SeeClickFix 311 CRM sandbox environment (int.seeclickfix.com), maintenance with expected 10 minutes or less of downtime will be scheduled between 6 and 11 p.m. ET.
Service Impact
Whenever possible, maintenance that requires service disruption is scheduled during this designated window to minimize any impact on users. Our goal is always to minimize impact to customers.
Emergency Maintenance
In rare cases where emergency maintenance is required outside the standard window, the SeeClickFix 311 CRM team strives to minimize service disruption and provide advance notice to affected users whenever possible.
