Requirements

  • Performing any installation and configuration of the remote system required by the integration.

  • Maintaining any applicable licenses and support agreements for the remote system.

  • Providing access to a test environment (sandbox system), before the start of implementation.

  • The implementation timeline will officially commence when SeeClickFix 311 CRM has confirmed connectivity and authentication with the remote system.

  • Coordinating communication and support inquiries with the remote system vendor, if/when necessary.

  • Notifying SeeClickFix 311 CRM in advance of any planned upgrades to the remote system, or any configuration changes that could impact the integration, so that testing can be planned for.

Submitting a Request

The integration will send SeeClickFix 311 CRM requests to Dynamics 365 as cases, as they are created.

  • Images

    • Images attached to a SeeClickFix 311 CRM request will be sent to Dynamics 365 as case attachments. SeeClickFix 311 CRM will fetch image attachments from the Dynamics 365 cases, importing those marked Public.


Submitting Comments

  • Send Comments

    • Public comments on a SeeClickFix 311 CRM request will be sent to Dynamics 365 as case comments.

  • Fetch Comments

    • SeeClickFix 311 CRM will fetch comments from a Dynamics 365 case, those marked Public.


Checking for Updates

The integration will sync changes from Dynamics 365 cases, on a scheduled basis.

  • The integration will close the SeeClickFix 311 CRM request when the Dynamics case is resolved.

  • The integration can post additional updates to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM request, based on other detectable changes to the Dynamics case (Status = In Progress).
