Watch Areas and Post to Neighbors Retirement Completed
As previously announced in the June 15, 2026 release notes, SeeClickFix has completed the customer-facing retirement of the legacy Watch Areas and Post to Neighbors workflows.
Residents can no longer create or manage watch areas, receive watch-area notification emails, or use Post to Neighbors to report outside a supported service area. Related links, forms, category options, and promotional content have been removed across SeeClickFix. Historical uncategorized requests remain accessible and can still be recategorized, while supported notifications for requests residents report or follow remain unchanged.
Legacy report links for locations without a service-providing organization now direct residents to a page explaining that no service provider is available.
Preservation of line breaks in category Instructional Text
The Web Portal and Call Taker Interface now respect authored newline characters within category instructional text. This change ensures that multi-line instructions remain visually distinct and readable for residents and staff, matching the formatting configured by the organization.
