Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check the organization's boundary in SeeClickFix 311 CRM to ensure the address that you are trying to locate is included. To view a boundary, go to the Request Categories section of Organizations settings. Request Categories link in the left menu.

  2. Select the three-dot menu and then Map It next to the location Request categories for agency management, highlighting 'Map It' option.

  3. Use the following steps to verify the correct geography has been applied to the agency:

    1. Navigate to GeographiesManage Organization Geographies option.

    2. Click the gear icon next to the relevant geography and select View on mapGear icon with View on Map selected.

    3. Verify that the boundary matches what is shown on the relevant agency's map

    4. If the boundaries do not match, the correct geography will need to be applied to the agency. Click the gear icon next to the relevant geography and select Update agency: name of relevant agencyUpdate Agency option in dropdown.

  4. If the correct geography is applied, check if the address falls within the mapped boundary. If the address is not included and should be, an updated geography will need to be uploaded and applied.
