Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check the organization's boundary in SeeClickFix 311 CRM to ensure the address that you are trying to locate is included. To view a boundary, go to the Request Categories section of Organizations settings:The Requests section with the Request Categories option highlighted.

  2. Select the Action (three-dot) menu and then choose the Map It option:

  3. Use the following steps to verify the correct geography has been applied to the agency:

    1. Navigate to Geographies:

    2. Click the gear icon next to the relevant geography and select View on map:The Geographies screen with an Action menu expanded and the View on Map option highlighted.

    3. Verify that the boundary matches what is shown on the relevant agency's map

    4. If the boundaries do not match, the correct geography will need to be applied to the agency. Click the gear icon next to the relevant geography and select Update agency: name of relevant agency:The Geographies screen with an Action menu expanded and the Update Agency: Streets option highlighted.

  4. If the correct geography is applied, check if the address falls within the mapped boundary. If the address is not included and should be, an updated geography will need to be uploaded and applied.
