Connecting as an Account Owner
Account Owners are emailed a custom link from [email protected] that takes them to a unique account connection portal, as shown below. The title of the email is ArchiveSocial Action Required: Archive your Social Media.
Important Note
We highly recommend bookmarking the custom link you receive.
Alternatively, Account Owners can log in to their social media archive and access their account connection portal from their dashboard by clicking on the Connect social media button.
Connecting as a System Administrator
Sign in to your archive:
Click the Configure tab:
Next to your name, click Connect Accounts:
Click the Connect (Social Media Network) button and follow the prompts:
