Connecting as an Account Owner
Account Owners are emailed a custom link from archiving@civicplus.com that takes them to a unique account connection portal. The subject of the email is ArchiveSocial Action Required: Archive your Social Media.
Important Note:
We highly recommend bookmarking the custom link you receive.
Alternatively, Account Owners can log in to their social media archive and access their account connection portal from their Dashboard by clicking on the “Connect social media” button.
Connecting as a System Administrator
Click the Configure tab:
Next to your name, click the Connect Accounts button:
Click the desired Connect [Social Media Network] button and follow the prompts:
