Once your Risk Management and Analytics (RMA) alerts are created and activated, you may find that some keywords or phrases are more or less useful than others. This article goes over how you can refine the keywords and phrases in an alert.
Remove Keywords or Phrases from an RMA Alert
Log in to your archive if you have not already
Navigate to the Configure tab:

Select the Monitoring and Alerts tab:

Click the Edit button (pencil icon) for the alert you want to remove keywords or phrases from:

On the Configure Alert for Keywords window that appears, navigate to the Keywords and Phrases section:

Click the red X icon next to any keywords or phrases you want to remove:

Note:
Keywords and phrases that have been selected for removal will appear struck through after their X icon has been clicked:

Click the Save button:

You have removed the selected alert keywords or phrases
Add Keywords or Phrases to an RMA Alert
Log in to your archive if you have not already
Navigate to the Configure tab:

Select the Monitoring and Alerts tab:

Click the Edit button (pencil icon) for the alert you want to add keywords or phrases to:

On the Configure Alert for Keywords window that appears, navigate to the Keywords and Phrases section:

Enter the keyword or phrase you want to add in the text box:

Click the Add button:

Check or uncheck the "Trigger alert for similar keywords based on fuzzy matching" checkbox, as desired:

Note:
Fuzzy matching will trigger an alert for content that appears to match a variation of a listed keyword or phrase. For example, if the word “archive” is listed, fuzzy matching will trigger alerts for words such as archives, archiving, archived, and archiver.
Click the Save button:
