How Can It Be Used?
This report can be used to identify which social networks are producing the most content.
Example: Does your department see more activity on Facebook or X (formerly Twitter)? What would be the best network to use should you need to alert your citizens?
How Do You Access It and Use It?
Log in to your archive
Click on the Reports tab:
Select View under Social Network Usage:
Use the Date Range drop-down menu to choose your date range:
Select your Scope (either all accounts in your archive or specific accounts) for your report:
Click Generate report:
