Search Results are displayed in an interface that allows you to browse, filter, and export records:
Edit Search: Takes you back to the previous Search screen
Save Search: Saves the search parameters you entered to re-run as a clickable link on the Quick Search tab
Tag Results: Tags all records currently showing in your Search Results
Filter Links: Appear bolded on the left navigation bar (for example, in the photo: Account Owners, Accounts, Tags, Facebook Page). These links allow you to further specify your search. Selected filter links will show in a red You refined by box on the left side of the page. Click the red X to remove the filter:
Sort by: Dictates the order of the Search Results. The most relevant records appear at the top by default. You can also sort records by Time. Changing the second drop-down from descending to ascending flips the sort order:
Record Details: Click on a record to pull up more information shown in a Record Details box:
Record Details provides additional record information for context:
Version history: Allows you to click through multiple time/date stamps to view previous versions of edited records.
Tags: Tagging is a keyword or phrase used to group content together.
Source data: The metadata provided by the network. This proves the validity of the record and is essential for record requests.
Export this record: Allows you to export the single selected record. If part of a thread, no other posts or comments are included.
