Create a Contact

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Account the Contact is for

  4. Click Manage Contacts
    Manage Contacts button below the Contacts header.

  5. Complete the New Contact fields
    New Contact input fields.

  6. Click Save
    Save button.

Edit a Contact Through an Account

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Account the Contact is for

  4. Click Manage Contacts
    Manage Contacts button below the Contacts header.

  5. Click the name of the Contact
    A Contact in the Contact search results.

  6. Complete the Contact fields
    Contact fields under the Edit Contact header.

  7. Click Save
    Save button.

Edit a Contact Through Search

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Contact
    Contact Search input field.

  4. Click the name of the Contact
    A Contact in the Contact search results.

  5. Complete the Contact fields

  6. Click Save
    Save button.

Remove a Contact from an Account

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Account the Contact is for

  4. Click Manage Contacts
    Manage Contacts button below the Contacts header.

  5. Click the red X in the last column of the Contacts table
    Red X button.

  6. Click Save
