Enroll in Paperless Billing

  1. Sign in to your resident portal

  2. Click Manage Account
    Manage Account button in the top navigation menu.

  3. Turn Enroll in Paperless Billing on or off
    Enroll in Paperless Billing on the Manage Account page.

    • On: A green dot on the right side of a green bar will appear if Autopay is on
      Enroll in Paperless Billing toggled on.

    • Off: A white dot on the left side of a grey bar will appear if Autopay is off
      Enroll in Paperless Billing toggled off.
