UB-146: The “Print” bill option now opens the correct bill {{glossary.PDF}} in the browser for print out. If a PDF bill doesn’t exist yet, it will be generated, or a clear message will appear if it’s not available. This fixes an issue where customers could see a Lincoln, NE formatted bill (bill format only, not data) when reprinting bills.
UB-46: Routing can now be configured with a custom start and end (loopback) location for each client, instead of using one hard‑coded location. This allows routing to behave correctly as expected for each utility. Implemented as part of the {{glossary.ESRI}} partnership.
UB-180: Updated the Neptune360 import to use a larger numeric type (bigint) for EndpointId, which supports larger meter IDs. This fixes missing Neptune meter reads with large {{glossary.ID}}’s were being imported. Originally reported by Lowndes County, GA.
UB-198: Fixed issues generating bill PDFs for accounts that have multiple meters, so those PDFs now generate correctly and show accurate information. Originally reported by Lowndes County, GA.
UB-216: Fixed mass generation PDF engine concurrency issues. Improved the internal PDF engine so it can safely handle multiple bill PDFs being generated at the same time. This will prevent bill generation errors during high-volume bill runs and improves performance.

UB-164: Improved the 13‑month consumption chart so each month only appears once and always uses the most recent read for that month.
UB-206: Fixed the Resident Portal organization lookup so it uses the correct environment (test, stage, or production) instead of always calling production.
UB-209: Fixed a Resident Portal problem that could block residents from signing up and logging in. Originally reported by Ashland, KS.
AM-142: Add Consumption to Meter Reads. Residents can now see how much water they used directly on the meter reads screen, without having to calculate it themselves. Usage is shown in the correct unit for each utility.

UB-148: Added settings to define which utility types each client can bill for (for example: water, wastewater, solid waste). This prepares the system to better support utilities that use multiple billing modules and will be used in the future for better formatting in the {{variable.Utility Billing}} resident portal, where customers bill for multiple entities.
