UB-52: Added a new tab in the Field Application to display real-time Utility Billing financial summaries, so field staff can confirm payments and balances before shutting off service, reducing unnecessary calls to the front office.
UB-147: We have made Field App more user-friendly, especially on tablets, and redesigned complex forms in the Field App to reduce horizontal scrolling and keep Save/Cancel buttons accessible, making large forms easier to complete on wider screens.
We’ve tackled several issues to make Harmony imports more accurate and reliable.
UB-186: Ensured the Harmony Import now imports the meter read date from the currentDateRead field in the master meter export, so the date reflects when the meter was actually read, not just when the import happened.
UB-189: When Harmony imports contained duplicate or multiple Master meter reads in an import file, that would create duplicate reads in the software. Now, only the most recent read is imported, preventing billing errors.
UB-187: Updated the Harmony import process to ignore meter reads that aren’t in the correct cycle, so only relevant data is imported.
