Important Note:

Your CSV file will need to be in a specific format. Please use this example Harmony csv file as a guideline.

Master Meter is a major water meter manufacturer that uses radio networks to electronically read meters via trucks with special equipment driving predefined routes. You can electronically import meter readings in bulk after a truck has driven a predefined route.

Import Meter Reads

1. Click the Operations tab
   

2. Select the billing cycle for which you want to import reads
   

3. Select Harmony Import
   

4. Select the file you want to upload

After you upload the file, the meter reads will be available for the next step in your billing process, testing. You will also be able to see the reads that you imported on each service account.
