UB-156: Neptune360 Has Not Pulled In New Reads Since 12/9 | We noticed that Neptune360 only had reads up to 12/9 and no reads after that. There was a syntax issue in the cron job.
- Expected Functionality: Our integration should have daily reads up to yesterday that can be imported into a billing cycle at any time.
AM-162: Neptune360 Card Setup | We have added a card that can be optionally included in a client's billing actions. When clicked, it will automatically import meter reads from Neptune360.

UB-171: Harmony Import {{glossary.CSV}} / {{glossary.TXT}} | The Harmony import file type was coming in as Excel even if the user was uploading a csv or txt.
- Expected Functionality: The file type of the uploaded file should match what the user selected
UB-168: Harmony Import File | The file had a misnamed column, causing confusion and no dates. We have added a date field and renamed the column.

UB-169: Invoice PDFs are Failing to Generate | Invoice PDFs were failing to generate when a bill showed a large amount as owed (such as $500 million).
- Expected Functionality: We have updated our process to allow the pdf generation process to continue even when the amount owed is large.
UB-83: Create New 'Generate Invoices' Card | If a client wants to include pdf generation as part of their billing process, this card can be used to kick off the process.
UB-53: Add Toast Notification for PDF Generation Status | we added a new toast notification that will keep the user apprised of the progress as each pdf gets generated.

UB-175: Setup Production Notifications | We needed to wire up our new capabilities to send email through Notifications on production.
UB-172: Not Receiving Email Receipts | If a user checked out with quick pay, they were not receiving the email.
- Expected Functionality: Users should receive an email receipt after checking out so that they know that their payment was successful.
UB-159: Tyler Cashiering Searching By Apartment Number | If you search by an address that includes an apartment number, it only includes active accounts.
- Expected Functionality: if you search by a normal address or an address with an apartment number, both active and closed accounts should be included in the search results.

UB-170: Cannot Checkout Through Quick Pay or the Portal | When a user went to pay their bill, they were getting "Payment processing unavailable". There was an environmental issue. That was causing the payment process to not commence.
- Expected Functionality: Users should be able to hit the desired payment form based on their system settings.

UB-173: The Statement Summary Page Goes to an Error | After a user logs in and lands on the statement summary page, they get an error right away.
- Expected Functionality: Users should see their current statement, amount owed, and the option to pay after logging in.
UB-462: Make appsettings environment file load case-insensitive - We needed to make updates to support our most recent clients using Utility Billing.
UB-45: USPS {{glossary.API}} Update | We have an address checker that checks an address against USPS, which reduces returned mail. We updated our API to use the latest from USPS.
