Add a Service to an Account

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Account

  4. Click the Service tab
    Service tab.

  5. Click the New button
    New button.

  6. Complete the Parameters fields

  7. Click Save
    Save button.

Invalidate a Reading on an Account

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Account

  4. Click the Service tab
    Service tab.

  5. Click the service
    A service under the Services tab.

  6. Check the box in the Invalid column for the reading
    Invalid checkbox.

  7. Click Save
    Save button.

Edit a Service on an Account

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Account

  4. Click the Service tab
    Service tab.

  5. Click the service
    A service under the Services tab.

  6. Edit the Parameters as necessary

  7. Click Save
    Save button.

Remove a Service from an Account

Caution!

There is no confirmation prompt for removing a service from an account.

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Account tab
    Account tab in the Utility Billing navigation bar.

  3. Search for the Account

  4. Click the Service tab
    Service tab.

  5. Click the service
    A service under the Services tab.

  6. Click the Delete button
    Delete button.

Parameters Fields

Parameters input fields.

  • Meter ID: This field is automatically generated

  • Meter Serial# (Brass#): The serial number on the meter

  • Meter Type: The type of meter

    • Deduct (Sub Swr):

    • Fire: A fire meter

    • Irrig: An irrigation meter

    • Swr Only: A meter that only reads sewer usage

    • water: A general water meter

    • Wtr Only: A meter that only reads water usage

    • Wtr/Swr: A combined water and sewer meter

  • Diameter: The size of the meter

  • Endpoint ID (ERT): Identifier for the radio antenna on meters with an Encoder Receiver Transmitter

  • Register Dials: Number of dials on a meter

  • Meter Make: The manufacturer of the meter

    • Master

    • Neptune

    • Octave

    • Siemen

    • Zenner

  • Right Truncate: Decimal amount of water that is excluded from billing
