The Resident Portal is a one-stop hub for all information on a customer’s utility account. Statement summaries, bill and payment histories, and meter reads are all easily accessible from any page of the Resident Portal. Check water consumption, manage payment accounts and details, make partial or whole payments, and view bill breakdowns.
Statement Summary
The landing page for the Utility Billing Resident Portal is the Statement Summary. A user’s current balance, due date, and a bill breakdown are all found on this page. Additionally, a user can pay a bill in whole or partial amounts on this page.

The Statement Summary page can be accessed at any time by clicking Statement Summary in the top navigation menu.

Manage Account
Payment methods, personal, and account details can be managed on the Manage Account page. A user can also opt in or out of paperless billing, toggle autopay on or off, and manage default payment methods.

Bill History
A list of all past bills can be viewed and downloaded on the Bill History page. Bills can be viewed at a glance in the list view or individually for more detail, including water consumption and an itemized breakdown of the bill.

Payment History
A list of all payments made can be viewed on the Payment History page. Payments can be sorted in ascending or descending order and viewed at a glance or individually, with more information such as receipt numbers and payment methods.

Meter Reads
A list of all past meter reads can be viewed on the Meter Reads page. Current water consumption, as well as a history of water consumption, can be viewed in detail.
