Quick Pay or Pay as a Guest

The Utility Billing Resident Portal has a quick and easy way for residents to pay their utility bills. On the landing page of your resident portal, there is a Quick Pay option. This allows residents to pay without a login. All the resident will need is their account number and zip code, both of which can be found on their bill.

Quick Pay Instructions

  1. Navigate to your quick pay link

    Note:

    This URL can be provided by your municipality

  2. Enter your account number and zip code of the service address

    Account Number and Zip Code Quick Pay fields.

    Note:

    Both the account number and zip code can be found on your bill.

  3. Click ContinueContinue button.

  4. Select the amount you want to pay
    Current Amount Due, Past Due Amount, Other Amount options in the Select Payment Amount drop down.

    • Current Amount Due: The total amount that is owed on your account at present. It also include adhoc fees assessed midcycle and the past due amount.

    • Past Due Amount: The amount from the previous billing cycle. It is the amount needed to put your account back in good standing

    • Other Amount: A custom amount. You cannot pay more than what is owed

  5. Fill out the email to which you want to receive a receipt

    Email Receipt To text input field.

  6. Click Pay Bill

    Pay Bill button.

  7. Fill out the payment form

    Card number, month and year, CVC, and Postal code text input fields.

    Note:

    Yours may look different depending on the Payment Processor’s settings.

  8. Click Pay

    Pay buton.

  9. View the receipt confirming the payment has been processed

    Example receipt if the payment is successful.

    Note:

    You will receive an email containing the receipt as well.
