View Records

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Query tab
    Query tab in Utility Billing.

  3. Click the Query Menu, if necessary
    Query menu button in the Query tab.

  4. Expand the desired query menu
    Query menu drop down arrows.

  5. Select a query
    Service query in the General query menu.

  6. View the query records

Refresh Data

  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Query tab
    Query tab in Utility Billing.

  3. Click the Query Menu, if necessary
    Query menu button in the Query tab.

  4. Click Refresh Data
    Refresh data button.

Filter a Query

  1. View Records

  2. Hover the mouse cursor over a column header
    Address header in a query record.

  3. Click the hamburger menu
    Header hamburger menu.

  4. Select a qualifier in the dropdown menu
    Filter dropdown menu options.

    • Contains: List results that contain the text in the Filter field

    • Not contains: List results that do not contain the text in the Filter field

    • Equals: List results that are an exact match of the text in the Filter field

    • Not equal: List results that do not match the text in the Filter field

    • Starts with: List results that start with the letter or text in the Filter field

    • Ends with: List results that end with the letter or text in the Filter field

    • IN:

    • (Empty): List results that are empty in the column

    • (Not empty): List results that are not empty in the column

  5. Type into the Filter field
    Filter text input field.

  6. View the results

Pin a Column

  1. View records or filter a query

  2. Hover the mouse cursor over a column header
    Address header in a query record.

  3. Click the header hamburger menu
    Header hamburger menu.

  4. Click the new filter hamburger menu
    Filter hamburger menu.

  5. Click or hover the mouse cursor over Pin Column
    Pin Column option.

  6. Select a pin option
    Pin column options.

    • Pin Left: Pin the column on the left side of the table

    • Pin Right: Pin the column on the right side of the table

    • No Pin: Do not pin the column and return it to its original position

Group Records

  1. View records or filter a query

  2. Hover the mouse cursor over a column header
    Address header in a query record.

  3. Click the header hamburger menu
    Header hamburger menu.

  4. Click the filter hamburger menu
    Filter hamburger menu.

  5. Click Group by
    Group by option.

    Note:

    The complete name of this button is determined by the name of the header.

    • Example: The Group by button for the Address header is labeled Group by Address

Aggregate Data

Note:

Some queries cannot be aggregated

  1. View records

  2. Click the dropdown to the right of the Sigma Greek letter
    Totals button.

  3. Select an aggregation metric
    Totals options.

    • Avg: Show the average of each applicable column

    • Max: Show the largest value in each applicable column

    • Min: Show the smallest value in each applicable column

    • Sum: Show the total of all values in each applicable column

    • None: Show no aggregated data

  4. View results below the table
