Mass Update

Mass Update is a tool when you need to update shared attributes (such as classification, crew, or lifecycle stage) for multiple assets or events at once.

Important Notes

• Use filters to pre-select records before launching the Mass Update tool to ensure you are editing relevant items.

• Fields left blank will remain unchanged

Instructions

1. Use the Query tab to filter to the desired assets

2. Select Query Actions :

3. Select Mass Update:

4. Select either Asset or Event:

5. Enter the fields to update. Some examples include:

   1. Life Cycle

   2. Classification

   3. Model

   4. Serial

   5. Manufacturer

6. Click Save:

7. Confirm your changes:

8. To not apply any changes, click Cancel.
