Add Online Code Hosting Application Credentials

The Staff Center supports the storage and access of Application Credentials for Online Code Hosting. Organization Owners can add a credential to an existing Application. The credentials enable integrations in the Resident Portal.

Who can use this feature?

Organization Owners

Organization Service Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Organization Service

  2. Navigate to the Applications tab The Applications option in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select Actions and then Manage Credentials next to an Online Code Hosting application Manage credentials for an online code hosting application.

  4. Click New CredentialThe New Credential button on the Online Code Hosting credentials page.

  5. Add a Name for the credential and enter the Client ID Form fields for entering a new credential, including name and client ID sections.

    Note:

    If you do not already have your Client ID, contact Support.

  6. Click SaveThe Save button on the credentials screen.


Staff Center Instructions

Important Note

Staff Center is currently in Beta. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information. If you do not have the Staff Center set up for your organization, use the Organization Service instructions.

  1. Sign in to the Staff Center

  2. Navigate to Organization Settings

  4. Select Actions and then Manage Credentials next to an Online Code Hosting application Manage credentials for an online code hosting application.

  5. Click New CredentialThe New Credential button on the Online Code Hosting credentials page.

  6. Add a Name for the credential and enter the Client ID Form fields for entering a new credential, including name and client ID sections.

    Note:

    If you do not already have your Client ID, contact Support.

  7. Click SaveThe Save button on the credentials screen.
