  • This integration currently requires a CivicPlus Web Central or Web Evolve site.

CivicPlus Agent supports Agenda and Meeting Management Select as a knowledge source, making it easier for residents to access meeting schedules, understand agenda items, and stay informed about local government activity.

Language translation, voice support, and contextual understanding improve accessibility and make public meeting information easier to navigate for all residents.

Configure the CivicPlus Agent for Select

  1. Create the CivicPlus Agent

  2. Connect the Agenda and Meeting Management Select application to the agent Knowledge Base
    CivicPlus application references showing connected status for Meetings & Agendas.

  3. Embed your agent on your Web Central or Web Evolve site

  4. Test your agent


Resident Experience

Once your CivicPlus Agent is configured for Agenda and Meeting Management Select, residents can ask the agent to:

  • Find agenda items related to topics of interest

  • Summarize discussions from past meetings

  • Learn how to attend or participate in upcoming meetings
