This article discusses our easier-to-remember solution names and what it means for your account.

For over 25 years, CivicPlus® has been focused on a single mission: Make government work better. What started as a passionate and nimble team of government website builders in Manhattan, Kansas, has grown into the Modern Civic Experience Platform, which includes 13 integrable solutions and a global team of community-minded technologists.

As we've grown, we want to make it easier for our customers to do business with us, and a significant step in that process is to migrate to more intuitive and easier-to-recall solution names. That’s why, since 2021, we’ve been slowly transitioning to straightforward category names for our solutions:
