User Interface Rebranding

Prev Next

We are excited to announce the launch of new product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces! Starting this month, users will notice minor design changes as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. This update is the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio.

Key Benefits

The benefits of integrating our new solution logos and names include:

  • Solution Name Alignment: New logos and text reflect the category names introduced as part of our solution rebranding.

  • Consistency: New headers ensure a uniform look and feel, making it easier to navigate between products and services.

  • Improved Usability: Streamlined design and enhanced functionality improve workflow efficiency and reduce the learning curve.

  • Future-Proofing: These updates set the foundation for consistent enhancements across our ecosystem.

User Interface Updates

With this launch, you can expect to see the following changes within your software:

It will take some time to update all documentation impacted by our User Interface rebranding. As a result, images within our Help Centers may temporarily appear outdated. Thank you for your understanding during this period of flux.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the new product logos be accessible?

Yes. Logos will be populated as SVGs (scalable vector graphics) with alt (alternative) text applied based on the logotype.

Will the new product names and logos apply to both desktop and mobile views?

Yes. All logo systems and documentation have been vetted for both desktop and mobile.

My product has custom branding in place of a CivicPlus logo. Will I be affected?

In most cases, your customization will not be affected. Our new logos may still be worked into the product to act as empty states or in situations where a customer does not have or want to use a custom logo.

I have other questions that have not been answered here. Who can I contact?

Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions about these marketing changes.
