Overview of Fees
When you accept payments through CivicPlus Payments, a small fee is charged per transaction to cover processing costs, security, and service operations.
A few things to note:
Fees may vary based on the payment method used (credit card verus ACH)
American Express rates are higher
Additional fees will be applicable based on per occurrence, such as refunds and disputes
One-time cost per device (terminal) and Annual fee per device are applicable only for in-person payment acceptance
