We accept all major card brands:

Key Features
Works for online, in-person, and recurring payments
International cards accepted
Real-time authorization and confirmation
ACH (Bank Transfers / eChecks)
Customers can also pay directly from a bank account using ACH.
Key Features
Lower processing fees than credit cards
Great for larger or recurring payments (such as tax bills and utility)
May take 3-5 business days to fully clear
Limitations
Refunds may take longer than card payments
A failed ACH or ACH return can result in delays
Contactless and Digital Wallets
If using supported hardware (stand-alone terminals or card readers), you may also accept:
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Tap to Pay cards (using NFC-enabled terminals)

Great for in-person transactions
Not Supported
At this time, the following payment methods are not supported through CivicPlus Payments:
PayPal
Tap to Glass (Directly tapping on Phones or Tablets without card readers)
Checks (offline methods)
Wire transfers
Cryptocurrency
If these are critical to your use case, you may still be able to accept them through external processing partners, such as CSG Forte, CardPointe, or Global Payments Integrated. Please contact our team or the external processor for more information.
