Review Resident Conversations for an Agent

Administrators can search and drill into resident conversations for their CivicPlus Agent. This makes it easier to understand what users are asking and how the agent is performing.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Organization

  2. Select AI Agents in the navigation menu
    The AI Agents button in the navigation menu.

  3. Click Resident Agents

  4. Click Actions and then Conversations next to the agent

  5. Use the Search bar or the date filters to narrow results

  6. View the conversations, including the sources cited and the confidence level of the agent
