View & Manage Your Resident Portal Dashboard

The Dashboard in the Resident Portal can be customized by favoriting links or forms for easy access to frequently used items as well as displaying Notification lists you are subscribed to.

Important Notes

  • You must have an account and be signed in to favorite a link/form or subscribe to a Notification list.

  • All favorited links, regardless of organization, will show on the Dashboard.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your organization's Resident Portal page

  2. Sign in to your account or create a new one Portal Dashboard Sign In link.

  3. At the top of the Dashboard will be a Featured Content section you can expand to view highlighted content from your organization Featured Content collapsible menu.

  4. The Links and Forms sections will show any forms or links you have bookmarked Dashboard Links and Forms sections.

    Note: Forms and links can be bookmarked by clicking the bookmark icon on the upper right-hand corner of a tile when navigating through the Resident Portal.bookmark link icon.

    1. To remove a link, select the bookmark icon and click Confirm Removal on the pop-up Pop up that says 'Are you sure you want to remove this link?'

  5. The Notifications section shows the lists you are subscribed to and allows you to toggle on or off email and SMS subscriptions Portal Notifications list.

  6. The Meetings section shows the events you have bookmarked Portal Meetings.
