The Resident Portal Notifications tab allows you to manage email and SMS notifications from other CivicPlus products. You can also manage your notifications on the Resident Portal Dashboard.
Subscribe to Notifications
Go to your organization's Resident Portal page
Select the Alerts & Notifications tab

If needed, use the Search bar to search for a notification list

Use the toggle next to a list to subscribe to email/SMS notifications

Note: If you are not already logged in you will see a pop-up asking you to sign in or create an account to subscribe.

The first time you subscribe to SMS notifications in Portal you will need to either select an existing Phone Number or Add a Phone Number

If you are adding a phone number, fill out the fields and click Save Changes

Supports: Check the boxes if the phone number allows text messages and/or voice calls
Phone Number Label (Optional): Edit the default label to describe the number, such as "Mobile Phone"
Phone Number: Add the 10-digit phone number (no dashes)
Default Phone Number: If you have more than one phone number associated with your account you can choose which number is the default
Select the number from the Phone Number drop-down and click Save

Note: This number will be used automatically when you subscribe to Notification lists in the future. You can click Manage Contact Information to update, as needed.

A green confirmation bar will appear in the bottom right corner when you have successfully subscribed

Note: For Web Central Notify Me lists, you will also receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription.

View Your Subscriptions
Go to your organization's Resident Portal page
Select the Alerts & Notifications tab

Click the Filters icon

Check the Show only my active subscriptions box

View your subscriptions

Unsubscribe from Notifications
Go to your organization's Resident Portal page
Click the toggle button next to the list you want to unsubscribe from

Note: You can also use the Unsubscribe from All button to unsubscribe from all email and SMS notifications.

A green confirmation bar will appear in the bottom right corner when you have successfully unsubscribed
