This is a paid integration and users will not see this option in their CivicPlus Integration Hub unless they have paid for access. For those with access, you can create and modify your simple and advanced integrations using a webhook trigger.
Important Notes
Webhooks are used with third-party systems. They allow users to integrate their CivicPlus products with third parties. The payload for the webhook comes from the third-party system and not CivicPlus.
We only support CivicPlus Integration Hub functionality and won't provide support with anything related to the third-party system.
Instructions
To create an integration with a Webhook Trigger, you will first need to create a Simple Integration.
Choose Webhook as your Trigger and provide the payload for your webhook in JSON.
In the Test & Confirm step, you will be provided a unique URL to be used for posting the payload for this webhook. You can easily copy this by selecting the copy icon on the right side of this field. This field cannot be edited.
