In rare circumstances, users inadvertently pass a proposal they weren't intending to pass. To revert the wholesale passage of any proposed ordinance:
Log in and select the Document Library or "gavel" icon,
The most recently passed document will reveal a "Revert" button to the right of its row. Select the "Revert" button to to undo that ordinance's passage. The Revert button:
Usually shows beside one passed document at a time;
Only shows up beside proposed documents that were passed through the software, and not live documents that were added;
Will not show up if additional live changes affected any of the recently-passed ordinance's language (which cancels its ability to be reverted).
A prompt will activate. Select "Cancel" to decline the revert, or "Okay" to proceed.
Reverting an ordinance again activates the Proposal with all its proposed changes in the Proposal dropdown.
For questions regarding the Revert option, contact a Municode representative.
