After processing a permit application and completing the inspection, you can close the permit and issue the certificate.

Create the Certificate Record and Close the Permit
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Permitting System, click List, and select a record
Click Edit
On the Certificate tab, click Add New and follow the instructions to create a certificate
Click Yes on the pop-up to close the permit
With the certificate tab highlighted, click Print Menu
Select the certificate to print
Check the box to save the form
Click Print Letter, and the PDF will open in a new tab where you can print the certificate
Click Save Permit
Send the Certificate
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Permitting System, click List, and select a record
Click Edit
On the Status tab, select Routing Details. Then, open one of the departments that will send the inspection results.
In the Send Email To box, select who should receive the email
In the file name section, select the certificate
Add a Message and click Save Notes/Send Message
The system sends the email with the certificate attached
