This article shows how users can request or cancel an inspection using the Citizen Portal.
Instructions
Log in to the portal and select Inspections:

Enter the Permit Number:

The permit information will display. Select the Next button:

View Upcoming and Completed inspections for the permit:

To modify an upcoming inspection, select the Reschedule or Cancel links:

To schedule a new inspection, select Schedule a New Inspection:

Select an Inspection Type. Select up to three dates for the inspection to occur. Then add a description of the inspection being requested:

Click Submit to process your inspection request:

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK to close:
