Request or Cancel an Inspection on the Citizen Portal

This article shows how users can request or cancel an inspection using the Citizen Portal.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the portal and select InspectionsInspections in left navigation menu.

  2. Enter the Permit NumberPermit number.

    Note

    Use the prefix A if you only have the application number. For example, if the application number is 22-0001, use A22-0001.

  3. The permit information will display. Select the Next button Next button.

  4. View Upcoming and Completed inspections for the permit Upcoming and completed inspections.

  5. To modify an upcoming inspection, select the Reschedule or Cancel links Reschedule or cancel.

  6. To schedule a new inspection, select Schedule a New InspectionSchedule a new inspection.

  7. Select the Inspection Type and up to three dates for the inspection to occur Select inspection type and dates.

  8. Once Step 3 is complete, click Submit to process your inspection request Submit request.

  9. Navigate back to My Dashboard. Click on the My Inspections option to review the status of the complaint My inspections.
