This article shows how users can request or cancel an inspection using the Citizen Portal.
Instructions
Log in to the portal and select Inspections
Enter the Permit Number
Note
Use the prefix A if you only have the application number. For example, if the application number is 22-0001, use A22-0001.
The permit information will display. Select the Next button
View Upcoming and Completed inspections for the permit
To modify an upcoming inspection, select the Reschedule or Cancel links
To schedule a new inspection, select Schedule a New Inspection
Select the Inspection Type and up to three dates for the inspection to occur
Once Step 3 is complete, click Submit to process your inspection request
Navigate back to My Dashboard. Click on the My Inspections option to review the status of the complaint
