Uploading Documents | Elevate (V5)

This article shows you how to add documents and photos to a parcel. You can upload files like agreements, reports, site pictures, or delivery images. This helps you manage your records. It also makes it easy to find all parcel information quickly. All data about a parcel will be stored and organized in one place.

Upload Documents to a Property

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Property Management:Property management interface displaying search options and results for property entries. The Property Management option is highlighted.

  3. Search for the property:

    • Search: Enter a street address, city, town, building or suite ID, owner name, occupant name, or parcel information to search property records

    • Include: Select one or more record types to include in the search results

      • Parcels: Select to include parcel records in the search results

      • Buildings: Select to include building records in the search results

      • Suites: Select to include suite records in the search results

  4. In the search results, locate the property and click on the Edit Record icon under Actions:

  5. Click on Select File, located in the Property Location Information section:

    • The file selector for your device will appear, and you can select the document you want to upload.

      Note:

      The supported file types for uploading a document are as follows: JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, GIF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, TXT, HEIF, HEVC, CSV, , MP4, TIF, MP3, MOV

  6. Once uploaded, files appear in the attachment list: A file upload interface showing a selected document with download and delete options.

  7. You can use your device's camera to take and upload a photo. Click on the Camera icon. You may need to permit your device to move forward:

  8. Click Take Snapshot: A capture window displaying options to take or retake a snapshot. The take snapshot button is highlighted.

  10. Uploaded photos will appear below the Select File and Camera icons: A file selection interface showing two documents with options to download or delete.

    • You have the option to add a description to your uploaded file or photo. Click on the toggle arrow icon to expand the description field: An uploaded file is displayed with options to delete or view. The toggle arrow is highlighted.

    • You have the option to download the file or photo. Click on the Download icon: An uploaded file is displayed with options to delete or view. The download icon is highlighted.

    • You have the option to delete the file or photo. Click on the red X: An uploaded file is displayed with options to delete or view. The red X is highlighted.

  11. Click Update Record to save your changes: The update record button is highlighted.
