Docbox Container-Level Disable Opt-Out
Docbox, the embeddable widget customers install on their public sites, now supports a container-level docaccess-disable opt-out flag. Site owners can mark individual embed containers to be excluded from DocAccess handling without disabling the widget entirely, giving finer control over which parts of a page the product touches.
Deferred Document Re-Qualification on File Replacement
Documents that were previously marked deferred (unable to be processed) are now automatically re-qualified when the underlying source file is replaced. Rather than staying stuck in deferred status indefinitely, the system re-runs qualification against the new file, so a corrected upload becomes available to customers without manual staff intervention.
Privacy Policy Rewrite for TrustEd Apps Vetting
The customer-facing privacy policy was rewritten to accurately reflect current data handling practices, re-landed after an earlier attempt was reverted. The update was driven by 1EdTech TrustEd Apps vetting requirements and brings the published policy language in line with how the product actually processes data.
